Delivery times

We aim to send all orders out within 7 working days of receipt. However this can take a little longer at busy times such as Christmas or holidays. If you need your order for a special occasion then let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time.

Shipping to USA/ Canada

NB, we regret that we are unable to post some items to USA or Canada (this means larger bottles with alcohol)

This is a result of USA and Canda customs and excise laws. Please remove the item from your basket, or you will not be able to checkout any other items until then.

Shipping / Postage Delivery

We recommend Signed-For¹ on all orders. Please choose this option, as if not, we can not be held responsible for packages not arriving. All standard orders are sent by Standard Delivery with the Royal Mail and should take up to 7 days to reach you. Overseas orders are sent by Airmail with the Royal Mail and should take 5-10 days. We recommend more valuable items are signed for therefore.

¹Signed For simply means a signature is required at destination address to receive the items

Shipping Costs

All orders are subject to a shipping fee - please note special supplement rates apply if your order includes certain items (see below).

  • UK orders are charged at a flat rate of £3.50 for recommended option - Signed-For
  • UK orders are charged at a flat rate of £2.50 for standard delivery
  • EU/European orders are charged at a flat rate of £7.50 for recommended option - Signed-For
  • EU/European orders are charged at a flat rate of £5.50
  • Rest of World* orders are charged at a flat rate of £12.00 for recommended option - Signed-For
  • Rest of World* orders are charged at a flat rate of £6.50
  • (*Rest of World: includes USA, Japan, Canada, Australia etc)

If you are ordering certain items, a special supplement for postage (per item) will apply to your order. This will typically be for bottles of a large size that require careful packaging and we unfortunately have to pass the cost on to our customers for this. (If your order is only these special items, then the flat rate of postage is not charged.)

  • UK orders are charged at £14.00 PER ITEM for recommended option - Signed-For
  • UK orders are charged at £9.90 PER ITEM for standard delivery
  • EU/European orders are charged at £15.00 PER ITEM for recommended option - Signed-For
  • EU/European orders are charged at £10.00 PER ITEM
  • Rest of World* orders are charged at £25.00 PER ITEM for recommended option - Signed-For
  • Rest of World* orders are charged at £20.50 PER ITEM
  • Again, we regret that customers in the USA and Canada cannot proceed to checkout if their basket includes any Special Supplement items

Returns policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, then please return it to us within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost during dispatch to ourselves. If returning a product to us please retain proof of postage

Yes, the online shop operates with credit card payments.
