Delivery times
We aim to send all orders out within 7 working days of receipt. However this can take a little longer at busy times such as Christmas or holidays. If you need your order for a special occasion then let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time.
Delivery method
All orders are sent by Recorded Delivery with the Royal Mail and should take 2-4 days to reach you. Overseas orders are sent by International Signed for with the Royal Mail and should take 5-10 days. All orders will require a signature.
Shipping costs
All orders are subject to a shipping fee.
- UK orders are charged at a flat rate of £2.50
- EU/European orders are charged at a flat rate of £5.50
- Rest of World orders are charged at a flat rate of £6.50
Returns policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, then please return it to us within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost during dispatch to ourselves. If returning a product to us please retain proof of postage
